Marketing Promotion Program for New and Existing Customers who use LHB You Application (LH Bank x Erb)
Privilege : The right to receive E-Coupon for an instant 20% discount on purchases at erb_officialstore on Shopee (no minimum purchase required), limited to 1 privilege per person.
Terms and Conditions
- The promotion period is from June 1, 2025, to August 15, 2025.
- A new customer refers to an individual who has never held any products with the bank, including joint accounts (New CIF)
- An existing customer refers to an individual who holds a deposit, life insurance, mutual fund, or loan product with the bank and whose account is in active status
- Customers must use LHB You application to claim the privilege.
- Eligible customers can receive a 20% discount E-Coupon under the following conditions:
- Entitled to receive one (1 right) E-Coupon for an instant 20% discount on purchases at erb_officialstore on Shopee (no minimum purchase required)
- Customers must claim the E-Coupon code in “Reward” menu in the LHB You application and may use the discount code according to the specified conditions until August 15, 2025. If the customer does not claim the privilege within the specified period, it will be considered a forfeiture of the right.
- In case that the customer does not use the discount code immediately after claiming the privilege, the customer can view the discount code in “Reward” menu (under “History”) in LHB You application. The discount code will remain valid according to the specified conditions and within the designated period.
- Customers can purchase products at erb_officialstore on Shopee and enter the code "ERBTLH20" during the checkout process (no minimum purchase required).
- Customers cannot combine the discount code with any other promotions at erb_officialstore.
- Each customer is limited to 1 privilege throughout the entire promotion period.
- Customers can claim the 20% discount E-Coupon only through the bank's application
- Customers must claim the privilege through LHB You application (in “Reward” menu) only. Other channels cannot be used to claim the privilege. Additionally, the customer's mobile phone must support the system via Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or any other browser with a version equivalent to or higher than Chrome version 113.0. The phone must also run on iOS or Android operating systems released from 2018 onwards.
- This privilege is provided by Erb exclusively for LH Bank customers. Customers cannot transfer this privilege to others and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any other privileges under any circumstances.
- The bank reserves the right not to return any benefits to the customer under any circumstances.
- This marketing promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in cash.
- The bank reserves the right to amend, change, and/or cancel the details and conditions of this promotional campaign, whether in whole or in part, including the substitution of prizes/privileges with those of equal value as deemed appropriate. Customers will be notified in advance through the website of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited at www.lhbank.co.th or via LHB You application.
- The terms, conditions, and duration are subject to the bank’s regulations. The bank will consider the terms and conditions in a reasonable and fair manner, taking into account the customer's benefit. The bank's decision shall be final.
