Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign for New Customers Opening Participating Savings Accounts and Bank Customers Using the LHB You Application.
Privilege: Neck, Shoulder & Back Massage Service (30 Minutes) by myTHERAS at LH Bank Central Westgate Branch.
- Privileges for new bank customers refer to individual customers who have never previously held any products with LH Bank (NEW CIF), or customers who previously held products with the Bank but had closed all accounts and products with the Bank as of 31 December 2025.
- 1.1 New customers are required to open a participating savings account* via the LHB You application or at any LH Bank branch nationwide, with an initial deposit of at least THB 2,000 (the transaction must be successfully completed on the account opening date only) within the promotional period. Joint accounts are not eligible. The account must remain active and in normal status, and customers must use the LHB You application. Eligible customers will receive a 30-minute Neck, Shoulder & Back Massage service valued at THB 300 from myTHERAS at LH Bank Central Westgate Branch.
- 1.2 Customers who fully comply with the conditions stated in Clause 1.1 are eligible to claim an E-voucher for a 30-minute Neck, Shoulder & Back Massage service valued at THB 300 from myTHERAS (valid only for services at LH Bank Central Westgate Branch). Customers may claim the privilege through the “Privileges” (Reward) menu on the LHB You application on the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank holidays). Successfully claimed E-vouchers will be displayed under the “Privileges” > “History” menu.
- Limited to 1 privilege per customer throughout the promotional period.
- Customers who have already received privileges under this promotional campaign will not be eligible to participate in any other new customer promotional campaigns during the same promotional period
* Participating savings account types include: Savings Account / Digital Savings Account / B You Pay Savings Account / B You Max Savings Account / B You Wealth Savings Account / B You Rich Savings Account / B You Care Life Protection Savings Account / Life Protection Savings Account 1 / Fixed Deposit Account.
- Privileges for individual customers with LHB You application.
- 2.1 Bank customers refer to individual customers who hold deposit products, life insurance, mutual funds, or loan products with LH Bank, maintain accounts in normal status, and use the LHB You application.
- 2.2 Customers may redeem a 30-minute Neck, Shoulder & Back Massage service from myTHERAS exclusively at LH Bank Central Westgate Branch. Customers can redeem the privilege by using 100 Coins via the LHB You application by selecting the “Coins Rewards” menu, choosing the reward “Neck, Shoulder & Back Massage Service (30 Minutes),” and clicking “Redeem Reward.” Upon successful redemption confirmation, the system will deduct the required number of Coins accordingly, and the redeemed reward will be displayed under the “Privileges” > “History” menu
- Unlimited privilege redemptions throughout the promotional period.
- The promotional period is from 25 May 2026 to 26 June 2026.
- Appointment and Service Conditions The advance appointment registration period is from 25 May 2026 to 26 June 2026.
- 4.1 Customers are required to make an appointment at least 3 days prior to the service date by contacting โทรศัพท์หมายเลข 06-3905-0228. Once the appointment has been completed, the Bank will send an SMS confirmation to the customer’s mobile number registered with the Bank within 3 business days from the appointment date to confirm the service privilege.
- 4.2 The Bank reserves the right to limit appointment calls to no later than 26 June 2026, and customers must receive the service no later than 28 June 2026.
- 4.3 In the event that the customer has already redeemed another privilege, has insufficient Coin balance as required, or fails to claim the privilege under Clause 1.2 or Clause 2.2 after making an appointment, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the appointment and service in all cases.
- 4.4 The Bank reserves the right to allocate service dates and times on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers who confirm appointments earlier will have priority in selecting their preferred service date and time.
- 4.5 The Bank reserves the right to provide services only to customers who have registered for appointments in advance.
- The 30-minute Neck, Shoulder & Back Massage service by myTHERAS will be available every Saturday and Sunday throughout June 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at LH Bank Central Westgate Branch as follows:
- 5.1 Week 1 of the activity will be held on 6 and 7 June 2026.
- 5.2 Week 2 of the activity will be held on 13 and 14 June 2026.
- 5.3 Week 3 of the activity will be held on 20 and 21 June 2026.
- 5.4 Week 4 of the activity will be held on 27 and 28 June 2026.
- 5.5 On the service date, customers must present the E-voucher received via the LHB You application and/or the SMS confirmation message, together with the original national ID card, to the staff as proof of eligibility for the service.
- 5.6 If a customer has made an appointment but fails to attend the service on the scheduled date and time, the Bank will consider the privilege forfeited. The privilege cannot be reinstated, refunded, exchanged, or compensated with any other gifts or privileges in any case.
- 5.7 This privilege cannot be changed, cancelled, transferred, resold, commercially exchanged, redeemed for other rewards or privileges, converted into cash, or exchanged for cash change. If the customer does not personally utilize the privilege within the specified period, the privilege will be considered forfeited, and the Bank reserves the right not to reinstate the privilege in any case.
- Customers may claim the E-voucher only through the LHB You application (“Privileges” menu). No other channels are eligible for E-voucher redemption. Customers’ mobile devices must support Chrome Browser version 113.0 or later, or other browsers based on an equivalent Chrome version, or use iOS version 14 or later, or Android version 10 or later only.
- The Bank reserves the right to consider the privilege forfeited if the customer does not claim the privilege within the specified period.
- Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Bank customers.
- 8.1 The complimentary gift (Neck, Shoulder & Back Massage service) valued at THB 300 received by the customer is equivalent to an annual interest rate of 15% per annum, calculated based on a deposit amount of THB 2,000 maintained for a period of 1 year.

- The Bank reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel any details and conditions of this promotional campaign, whether in whole or in part, including changing rewards or privileges of equivalent value. Customers will be informed in advance as appropriate via the LH Bank Official Website and the LHB You application.
- Interest rates, terms, conditions, and applicable periods shall be subject to the Bank’s determination. The Bank will exercise its discretion reasonably and with due consideration to the customers’ best interests. The Bank’s decision shall be final.
