Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited is committed to conduct business by adhering and upholding corporate culture including ethical principles, laws, rules and ethical standards that must be strictly adhered to under good corporate governance. Therefore, the bank established the Whistleblowing Policy as a channel for reporting whistleblowing and complaints including protection and alleviate damage for those who cooperate with the bank against fraud and anti-corruption, rejection of fraud and anti-corruption in order to ensure that such actions will not cause any damage to the whistleblower.

The Bank encourages shareholders, employees, customers, business partners, creditors and whistleblowers or those affected by corruption to report to the bank for any actions related to unlawful, unethical and not comply with laws and regulations. The bank will not punish, accuse, reduce salary, reduce job position or take any adverse actions for employees who provide information to the bank in good faith with truthfulness and not accuse of other people.
 
The whistleblower shall provide information that is clear such as the whistleblower's first and last name, email address, telephone number, details of the incident for the bank to inform the progress or request for additional information for the investigation. The bank will store the details of information confidentially for as long as the law permits.
