LH Bank is pushing its digital innovation with the launch of “LISA”, an intelligent AI assistant chatbot designed to enhance employee efficiency and agility by collaborating with Sertis, a leading AI expert, and AWS, a global cloud service provider.
Mr. Shih, Jiing-Fuh, CEO and President of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited (LH Bank), states that the bank believes that employees are the heart of the organization, an irreplaceable part by technology. However, combining human with AI support can significantly enhance operational efficiency. This belief has led to the development of “LISA”, an internal AI assistant chatbot designed to boost employee productivity by enabling quick and accurate access to complex information. Built on Large Language Model (LLM) technology by Sertis, engineered to deeply understand organizational context and respond to employee queries naturally, “LISA” is further strengthened by advanced security system developed by AWS, which incorporates Amazon Bedrock Guardrails to ensure responsible AI usage.
