Terms and Conditions of B YOU FUND - CORE PORT Campaign during the Initial Public Offering (IPO) Period

1. This promotional campaign is available to the Bank’s customers. 
   • “Bank’s Customer” means an individual customer who holds deposit products, life insurance, mutual funds and/or loan products with the Bank, maintains account status in good standing, and is able to use the LHB You application under normal conditions. 
2. Customers who invest in the B YOU FUND - CORE PORT through the Bank during the Initial Public Offering (IPO) period and have a cumulative investment amount of every THB 25,000,000 throughout the promotional period will receive one iPhone 17 Pro Max valued at 48,900 THB for each qualifying investment amount. The Bank will calculate each customer’s total cumulative investment amount as of the last day of the promotional period.
3. The promotional period is from 18 May 2026 to 26 May 2026.
4. This privilege is calculated based on each customer’s total cumulative investment throughout the promotional period and there is no limit on the maximum number of gifts a customer may receive. The Bank reserves the right to grant the privilege only to customers who meet the qualifications specified in Clause 1 and satisfy the cumulative investment amount and investment holding period requirements as determined by the Bank. 
5. The Bank will deliver the gift to customers who fully comply with all applicable terms and conditions through their Relationship Manager (RM). Delivery of the gift will commence from 1 August 2026 onwards. The Bank will contact eligible customers to arrange the date and time for delivery.
6. The privilege is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into cash, nor exchanged for any other gift or privilege under any circumstances.
7. The Bank reserves the right to amend, change and/or cancel the terms and conditions of this privilege, in whole or in part, with prior notice through the Bank’s website www.lhbank.co.th and/or LHB You application.
8. All terms, conditions, and periods are subject to the Bank’s determination. The Bank’s decision shall be made reasonably, considering the best interests of customers, and shall be final.
