Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign for B You Pay Savings Account and B You Debit Card

This privilege is available to existing individual customers of the Bank who hold B You Pay savings account and/or B You debit card, have active usage on LHB You application, and maintain normal account status.

Privilege 1: Cardless withdrawal via LHB You application is free of charge for up to 3 transactions / month at ATMs of 7 participating banks, with over 43,000 machines nationwide.
Privilege 2: Customers who make a deposit transaction at participating Big C and Big C Mini branches (no minimum deposit required) will receive THB 30 discount coupon printed on the receipt, applicable for purchases with a minimum spend of THB 100.

Privilege 3: Customers who receive at least 300 transactions / month via QR Code payments and/or incoming transfers into their B You Pay savings account (no minimum amount per transaction) will receive 100 Coins. The reward is capped at a maximum of 100 Coins / month throughout the promotional period.
Privilege 4: Customers who apply for B You debit card during the promotional period will receive a waiver of the card issuance fee and the annual fee for the first year.
Privilege 5: Customers who maintain minimum balance of THB 10,000 in their B You Pay savings account and keep an average daily balance of THB 10,000 throughout the month, or use B You Pay savings account as a payroll account through the Bank, and conduct transactions via B You Pay savings account and/or use B You debit card in accordance with the Bank’s criteria, will be eligible to receive Coins, subject to the following conditions:

Transactions via B You Pay Savings Account

• Customers who make at least 1 payment / month for home loan installments, personal loans, or credit cards of other banks (excluding Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited) via B You Pay savings account will receive 50 Coins

Transactions via B You Debit Card

• Customers who complete at least 1 transaction / month via Grab using B You debit card will receive 50 Coins
• Customers who complete at least 1 transaction / month via Alipay or Weixin Pay using B You debit card will receive 100 Coins

The Bank reserves the right to grant rewards only to customers who fully comply with all conditions throughout the promotional period. The reward is capped at a maximum of 200 Coins / month throughout the promotional period.

3. B You Debit Card Conditions
   • The B You debit card can only be linked to B You Pay savings account and must be a single account (not applicable to joint “and/or” accounts)
   • Each customer is eligible to apply for only one B You debit card

4. Cardless Withdrawal via LHB You at Other Banks’ ATMs
   • The free 3 transactions / month apply only to successful withdrawals from the B You Pay savings account. Additional transactions will be subject to a fee of THB 15 / transaction until the next month or as otherwise announced by the Bank

5. Coin Reward Consideration: Customers who fully comply with the Bank’s conditions will have their transactions reviewed at the end of each month
6. Coin Crediting Schedule: Coins will be credited on the 10th of the following month. If the date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the crediting will be made on the next business day. Customers must access the LHB You application to receive Coins and can view their balance and history at “Rewards” > “History” > “Coins”
7. Coin Usage Period
   • Coins credited on 10 May 2026 and 10 June 2026 are valid until 30 June 2026
   • Coins credited on 10 July 2026 are valid until 31 December 2026
   • Customers can check the expiry date in the “Rewards” menu
8. Customers may redeem Coins for rewards as displayed in the LHB You application under “Rewards” > “Coin Redemption.” The Bank reserves the right to determine the rewards at its sole discretion
9. Coins earned under this campaign cannot be exchanged, transferred, converted, refunded, or redeemed for cash or other compensation
10. This campaign is not applicable to other types of deposit accounts
11. Privileges under this campaign cannot be changed or canceled, and the Bank reserves the right not to reinstate any privileges under any circumstances
12. Privileges are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other rewards under any circumstances
13. The Bank reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel this campaign and/or its terms and conditions, in whole or in part, with prior notice via www.lhbank.co.th and the LHB You application
14. All terms, conditions, and campaign periods are subject to the Bank’s discretion, which will be exercised reasonably and in the best interest of customers. The Bank’s decision shall be final
