1. Eligibility : Applicants must be individuals aged 15 or above and meet one of the following conditions:
   • Never held any LH Bank products (New Customer / New CIF), or
   • Previously held LH Bank products but had closed all accounts by December 31, 2025.
2. Nationality & Account Opening Channels
   • Thai citizens may open an account through the LHB You Mobile Banking Application or at any LH Bank branch.
   • Foreign nationals must open an account at an LH Bank branch.
3. Account Type
   • The account must be opened in the name of an individual. Joint accounts are not permitted.
4. Account Limit
   • Only one B-You Wealth Digital Savings account is allowed per customer across all channels and branches.
5. Initial Deposit
   • The minimum amount to open an account is 500 Baht. A deposit must be made within 30 days of the account opening date. If the required deposit is not made or if the account balance is zero, the bank will automatically close the account.
6. Minimum Balance
   • No minimum balance is required.
7. E-Passbook Accounts (Thai citizens only) 
   • A valid phone number and email address are required to receive transaction notifications.
   • Account statements are accessible via Mobile Banking.
   • A physical passbook can be requested at any LH Bank branch if needed. 
8. Debit Card Compatibility
   • This account is compatible with LH Bank debit cards, which are available at all LH Bank branches. Issuance and annual fees apply in accordance with the Bank’s policy
9. Account Linkage
   • The account can be linked to other LH Bank services for transfers and transactions.
10. Account Closure
    • Accounts can be closed at any LH Bank branch or other channels specified by the bank. If the account has a physical passbook, it must be presented during the closure process. A 50 Baht fee applies for lost or damaged passbooks.
    • Funds will only be transferred to an account under the same name. 
    • If closed within 6 months of opening, a 100 Baht fee will be charged.
