Terms and conditions of the campaign for foreign customers purchasing insurance in accordance with the bank’s conditions

1. This marketing campaign is applicable to individual foreign customers who are permitted to stay in Thailand, temporarily reside in Thailand, or temporarily work in Thailand, and who purchase one of the following insurance products from Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited through Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited:
   • D Health Plus Health Insurance
   • D Kids Plus Health Insurance
   • LHB Happy Return 10/4 Endowment Life Insurance
   Customers who purchase any of the above products will be eligible to receive a Miracle Lounge e-Coupon valued at 1,300 THB.
2. The promotion is reserved for customers who fulfill the bank’s insurance purchase conditions and do not exercise the right to cancel under the Free Look period (within 15 days from the policy issue date by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited).
3. Customers who fully meet the bank’s conditions may redeem the 1,300-THB Miracle Lounge e-Coupon via the “Rewards” menu on the LHB You Application, starting from the 7th day of the month after the Free Look period. If the customer fails to redeem the reward by December 31, 2025, the right will be considered forfeited.
4. The Miracle Lounge e-Coupon is valid until December 31, 2026. Any unused coupon after this date will be considered forfeited.
5. Campaign period: June 27 – September 30, 2025. Customers must submit their application (app-in) within this period.
6. Limit: One reward per customer throughout the entire campaign period. This campaign may not be combined with other ongoing promotional campaigns during the same period.
7. This privilege cannot be altered or canceled, and the bank reserves the right not to reissue or reimburse any reward under any circumstances.
8. This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any other product or service.
9. Redemption is available only via the “Rewards” menu on the LHB You Application. No other channels are permitted. The customer's mobile device must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or any browser based on an equivalent version. Alternatively, the device should run iOS or Android operating systems released from 2018 onward.
10. The bank reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this promotional campaign and/or its terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, including substituting the reward with another of equivalent value. Customers will be notified in advance, as appropriate, via the bank’s official website: www.lhbank.co.th.
11. All terms, conditions, and timeframes are determined solely by the bank, which will exercise reasonable discretion with a focus on customer benefit. The bank’s decision is final.
12. The D Health Plus, D Kids Plus, and LHB Happy Return 10/4 insurance products are underwritten by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited.
13. Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited acts solely as an insurance broker to present insurance products and facilitate premium payment services.
14. Customers are strongly advised to understand the product details, coverage, and conditions before applying for any insurance.
