Marketing Promotion Conditions for Family Banking Members at Wealth Plus level or higher who hold a car insurance product with LH bank
  1. Benefits for Family Banking members (Individual type), under the following conditions:
    • 1.1 Must be an individual customer who is a Family Banking member at the Wealth Plus level or higher, with an account in good standing and
    • 1.2 Must hold a First-Class Car Insurance policy with a premium of 10,000 Baht or more with LH Bank.
  2. The eligible Family Banking customers (per Section 1) will receive the roadside assistance services from 24CARFIX valued at 2,000 Baht. The number of entitlements will depend on the membership level, as shown in the table below. The service must be used within the quarter in which the entitlement is granted; otherwise, the Bank will consider the customer to have forfeited the right.

  4. 24CARFIX Co., Ltd. is a platform that connects users with emergency roadside assistance services, including towing, car slide services, and mobile mechanics available 24 hours a day.   5. Terms for receiving the code for roadside assistance from 24CARFIX are as follows:
    • 5.1 Customers will receive the code via the LHB You application on the 7th day of the month in which they achieve Family Banking Wealth Plus status or higher.
    • 5.2 Customers can download the LHB You app and redeem the benefit via the “Reward” menu. The service must be used within the quarter in which the entitlement is granted. Otherwise, it will be considered forfeited.
    • 5.3 Customers who receive entitlement in Quarter 1 during 9 January 2026 – 7 March 2026 may use the entitlement from 9 January 2026 – 6 April 2026 
    • 5.4 Customers who receive entitlement in Quarter 2 during 7 April 2026 – 7 June 2026 may use the entitlement from 7 Apr 2026 – 6 Jul 2026
    • 5.5 Customers who receive entitlement in Quarter 3 during 7 July 2026 – 7 September 2026 may use the entitlement from 7 Jul 2026 – 6 Oct 2026
    • 5.6 Customers who receive entitlement in Quarter 4 during 7 October 2026 – 7 December 2026 may use the entitlement from 7 October 2026 – 6 January 2026
    • 5.7 The roadside assistance service from 24CARFIX, valued at THB 2,000, is covered. Any expenses exceeding THB 2,000 must be borne by the customer.
    • 5.8 24CARFIX is a nationwide platform offering emergency services like towing, sliding, and mobile repairs, with mechanics available nearby 24/7.
    • 5.9 To use the service, customers must inform the code shown in the LHB You application (“Reward” menu) to the 24CARFIX Call Center at 062-427-4491 before receiving the service.
  6. Customers must register to use the LHB You application to receive the code for roadside assistance. Their mobile device must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or other browsers based on the same version or higher. Alternatively, the phone must use an iOS or Android operating system released from 2018 onwards.
  7. This benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or converted into cash if the service value is under the entitlement amount. If the service is used beyond the number of allowed redemptions, or outside of 24CARFIX’s conditions, or results in additional charges, customers must pay the fees at the rates set by the service provider.   8. This benefit cannot be used as a discount or combined with other promotions by 24CARFIX Co., Ltd.
  9. The Bank reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any or all parts of these terms and benefits, or replace the benefit with one of equal value as deemed appropriate. Customers will be notified in advance via www.lhbank.co.th and the LHB You application.
  10. Terms, conditions, and durations are as determined by the Bank and are subject to the Bank's discretion, with fair consideration and with the customer’s best interest in mind. The Bank’s decision is final.
