Marketing Promotions for Family Banking members and Existing customers using LHB You application

Special Privilege :

For Family Banking Members using LHB You application (individual account holders) with an active account status, you are entitled to special privileges when shopping at Ari, under the following conditions:

Family Banking Members refer to existing individual customers of the bank whose total Asset Under Management and/or total Loan Under Management meet the conditions set by the bank. Membership is divided into 5 tiers as follows:

Family Banking status	Asset and/or Loan Under Management (ALUM) (conditions specified by bank*)
Elite Privilege	from 100,000,000 baht and above.
Elite Plus	from 30,000,000 baht but less than 100,000,000 baht.
Elite	from 10,000,000 baht but less than 30,000,000 baht.
Wealth Plus	from 2,000,000 baht but less than 10,000,000 baht.
Wealth	from 500,000 baht but less than 2,000,000 baht.

Special privilege: Receive On-top 10% discount (up to a maximum of 1,500 THB per receipt). Limited to 100 privileges and 1 privilege per person for the entire promotion period. (First come, first served)

For the existing customers using LHB You application (individual account holders), you are entitled to special privileges when shopping at Ari, under the following conditions:
- Existing customer refers to an individual customer who holds a deposit product, bancassurance, mutual fund, or loan with the bank, uses LHB You application, and has an active account status.
- Special privilege: Receive On-top 5% discount (up to a maximum of 800 THB per receipt). Limited to 1 privilege per person for the entire promotion period

Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: from September 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025
Customers can claim the special privilege via LHB You application.
Customers who meet the bank’s requirements can claim a discount coupon under the following conditions:
- The discount code can be redeemed via the “Reward” menu on LHB You application and used under the specified terms until December 31, 2025. If the code is not redeemed and used within this period, the customer is deemed to have forfeited the privilege.
- If a customer does not use the code immediately after claiming it, they can view the code under “Reward” menu > “History” section of LHB You application. The code is valid only within the specified timeframe.
- Family Banking members using LHB You application receive an on-top 10% discount (maximum of 1,500 THB per receipt). Limited to 100 privileges and 1 per person throughout the promotion period (first come, first served).
- Existing customers using LHB You application receive an on-top 5% discount (maximum of 800 THB per receipt). Limited to 1 per person throughout the promotion period.
- This discount cannot be combined with cash coupons or other promotions.
- The discount cannot be applied to Limited Edition, Exclusive, Collab, Thai League merchandise, or select products. Customers may check applicable items at the point of sale.
Discount codes must be claimed through LHB You application (“Reward” menu only). Codes are not available through other channels. The customer’s mobile device must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or equivalent versions of other browsers, or be running iOS or Android OS launched in 2018 or later.
Customers must present the discount code within LHB You application to the staff at checkout. Screenshot images will not be accepted under any circumstances. Terms of use can be verified at the checkout counters at all Ari branches.

This privilege is provided by Ari exclusively for LH Bank customers. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for other rewards.
The bank reserves the right not to reinstate any benefits under any circumstances.
This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, and any price difference will not be refunded in cash.
The bank reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel any or all parts of the promotion, including replacing the rewards/privileges with items of equal value, as deemed appropriate. Any changes will be announced via the bank’s website www.lhbank.co.th or through LHB You application
All terms and conditions are at the discretion of the bank, which will act reasonably with the customer’s best interest in mind. The bank’s decision is final.
