Terms and Conditions for the Referral Promotion Campaign for Existing Customers Introducing New Customers to the Bank. 

Special privileges for existing customers of the Bank (“Referrer”) who refer new customers of the Bank (“Referee”) to apply for participating products and services through LH Bank branches nationwide or the LHB You application. 
  1. This promotional campaign is exclusively for the Bank’s existing individual customers who refer new customers to the Bank. “New Customer” refers to an individual customer who has never held any products with the Bank before (NEW CIF), or who previously held products with the Bank but had closed all accounts/products with the Bank as of 31 December 2025. 
  2. Conditions for Privilege No. 1: Privileges for the Referrer and the Referee
    Existing customers of the Bank (“Referrer”) must refer new customers of the Bank (“Referee”) to open a fixed deposit account with a specified deposit term 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 12, 24, 36 Months via all LH Bank branches nationwide or the LHB You application. The Referee must maintain a cumulative fixed deposit balance of all deposit terms totaling at least THB 1,000,000 within the promotional period (joint accounts are not eligible).
    • 2.1 The promotional period is from 16 May 2026 – 15 September 2026.
    • 2.2 The Referee must maintain the deposit balance in the said fixed deposit account at no less than THB 1,000,000 until 30 September 2026.
    • 2.3 Upon the Referrer and the Referee fully complying with all conditions specified by the Bank, the following privileges will be granted:
      • Referrer: Receive a Central E-voucher valued at THB 500 per 1 Referee (unlimited entitlement per person throughout the promotional period).
      • Referee: Receive a Central E-voucher valued at THB 500 (limited to 1 entitlement per person throughout the promotional period for Privilege No. 1).
    • 2.4 Eligible Referrers and Referees under Privilege No. 1 will receive the Central E-voucher on 15 October 2026 and must redeem the privilege by 31 December 2026 only. If the customer fails to redeem the privilege within the specified period, it shall be deemed that the customer has forfeited the privilege and does not wish to receive the Central E-voucher. The Bank reserves the right not to reinstate the privilege in all cases.
    • 2.5 Customers may use the received Central E-voucher until 31 March 2027. If the customer fails to use the Central E-voucher within the specified period, it shall be deemed that the customer has forfeited such privilege, and the Bank reserves the right not to reinstate the privilege in all cases.
    • 2.6 Customers must redeem the privilege via the LHB You application (“Reward” menu) only. Other channels cannot be used to redeem the reward. Customers’ mobile devices must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or above, or other browsers based on Chrome with equivalent or higher versions or be smartphones operating on iOS version 14 or Android version 10 onwards.
  3. Conditions for Privilege No. 2: Privilege for the Referee
    The Referee who qualifies under the conditions of Privilege No. 1 must open a Mutual Fund account and maintain a cumulative net investment amount (Initial Cost) of at least THB 1,000,000 within the promotional period.
    • 3.1 The promotional period is from 16 May 2026 – 15 September 2026.
    • 3.2 The Referee must maintain the cumulative investment balance of at least THB 1,000,000 until 30 September 2026.
    • 3.3 Referees who meet all eligibility criteria and fully comply with the Bank’s conditions will receive Privilege No. 2: access to the Miracle Lounge valued at THB 1,300 (limited to 1 entitlement per person throughout the promotional period for Privilege No. 2). The privilege will be granted on 15 October 2026 and must be redeemed by 31 December 2026 only. If the customer fails to redeem the privilege within the specified period, it shall be deemed that the customer has forfeited the privilege and does not wish to receive the Miracle Lounge access entitlement. The Bank reserves the right not to reinstate the privilege in all cases.
    • 3.4 Customers may use the Miracle Lounge privilege until 31 March 2027. If the customer fails to use the privilege within the specified period, it shall be deemed that the customer has forfeited such privilege, and the Bank reserves the right not to reinstate the privilege in all cases.
    • 3.5 Customers must redeem the privilege via the LHB You application (“Reward” menu) only. Other channels cannot be used to redeem the reward. Customers’ mobile devices must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or above, or other browsers based on Chrome with equivalent or higher versions or be smartphones operating on iOS version 14 or Android version 10 onwards.
  4. Referrer Identification Metho: The Referee must provide the Referrer’s information according to the account opening channel as follows
    • Via branch channel: The Referee must provide the Referrer’s registered mobile phone number to the branch staff on the date of application for participating products. The Referrer’s mobile phone number must match the information registered with the Bank only.
    • Via the LHB You application: The Referee must enter the Referrer’s mobile phone number in the “Referrer” field during the account opening process via the LHB You application. The Referrer’s mobile phone number must match the information registered with the Bank only.
  5. Terms and Conditions for Central E-voucher Usage.
    • 5.1 Central E-voucher valued at THB 500.
      • A maximum of 10 Central E-vouchers may be used per receipt.
      • The Central E-voucher is valid until 31 March 2027.
      • Customers must present the barcode of the Central E-voucher received via the LHB You application to the cashier before making payment. Screenshots or captured images of the barcode will not be accepted.
      • The Central E-voucher may be used at participating Central Group stores, including Central, Zen, Marks & Spencer, MUJI, Central Food Hall, Tops, Superkoom, Eathai Market Zone, Thai Favorites, Segafredo Zanetti Espresso, Power Buy, Supersports, B2S, Robinson, Thai Watsadu, Baan & Beyond, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and OfficeMate, according to the value shown (excluding leased shops and food court areas).
      • The Central E-voucher cannot be used for purchases of telephone cards, prepaid cards of all types, cash cards, gift vouchers, gift cards, wholesale products, and certain construction-related products.
      • E The Central E-voucher cannot be used to purchase goods or services prohibited under applicable laws or regulations relating to sales promotions, whether currently in effect or enacted in the future, such as alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, medicines, infant formula, baby food, and infant supplements.
      • The Bank reserves the right regarding acceptance, returns, cancellations, and compensation in cases where the Central E-voucher expires or where changes occur. The voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
      • Central Group reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

    • 5.2 Terms and Conditions for Miracle Lounge Access at Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport valued at THB 1,300.
      • Customers must present the QR Code received via the LHB You application to Miracle Lounge staff to verify access rights. Screenshots or captured images of the QR Code will not be accepted.
      • Access is limited to 1 entitlement per 1 customer visit and may be used for a maximum of 2 hours per entitlement. If the customer exceeds the specified duration, additional service fees must be paid directly to Miracle Lounge at the applicable rates.
      • Customers may transfer this privilege to family members or other people for access to Miracle Lounge. The customer must present the QR Code received from the Bank to Miracle Lounge staff according to the number of users.

  6. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Bank Customers.
    • A Central E-voucher valued at THB 500 for both the Referrer and the Referee, totaling THB 1,000, is equivalent to an interest rate of 0.10% per annum based on a deposit amount of THB 1,000,000 maintained for 1 year.
  7. Customers who receive privileges under this promotional campaign will not be eligible to participate in any other promotional campaigns for new customers during the same promotional period.
  8. These privileges cannot be changed or canceled, and the Bank reserves the right not to reinstate the privileges in all cases. 
  9. Customers may not exchange or redeem the privileges for other rewards under any circumstances.
  10. The Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel any details and conditions of this promotional campaign, whether in whole or in part, including replacing rewards/privileges with items of equivalent value. The Bank will provide prior notice as appropriate via the website of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited at LH Bank Official Website or via the LHB You application.
  11. Interest rates, terms, conditions, and durations shall be determined by the Bank. The Bank shall exercise reasonable discretion while taking customers’ best interests into consideration. The Bank’s decision shall be final.
  12. This deposit is protected by the Deposit Protection Agency in accordance with the limits prescribed by law.
  13. Investments involve risks. Investors should study product features, return conditions, and associated risks before making investment decisions.
  14. The Bank reserves the right that directors, executives, and employees of the financial business group under LH Financial Group Public Company Limited, including Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited, Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited, and Land and Houses Securities Public Company Limited, are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
