Marketing Promotions for LH Bank's existing customers using LHB You application

Special Privilege : 10% discount from House Clinic on home inspection fees for the existing customers using LHB You application.

Marketing Promotion Terms and Conditions:

The promotion period is from August 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
The existing customer refers to an individual customer who has a deposit product, life insurance, mutual fund, or loan with the bank and whose account status is normal.
Customers must use LHB You application to redeem the special privilege.
The eligible customers can redeem the discount code under the following conditions
- Customers must claim the discount code via the “Reward” menu in the LHB You application. The discount code can be used under the specified conditions until December 31, 2025. If the customer does not claim or use the discount code within the specified period, it will be considered a forfeiture of the right to use the discount.
- Steps to Use the Discount Code:
  - On the day of booking an appointment with a technician, a House Clinic staff member will inform you of the home inspection service fee. You will need to make a pre-payment of 20% of the total cost to confirm the appointment. After that, you must provide the discount code received from the LHB You application to the House Clinic staff to receive a 10% discount on the remaining inspection service fee.
  - On the day of the home inspection, the House Clinic staff will prepare a quotation for the remaining balance (after deducting the 10% discount), which you will need to pay after the service is completed.
  - If you have any questions regarding payment methods, please contact the House Clinic staff.
- In case the customer does not use the discount immediately after claiming it, they can view their claimed privileges under the “Reward” menu in the LHB You application (in the “History” section). The privilege will remain valid according to the specified conditions and within the designated period.
Customers must redeem the discount code exclusively through the LHB You application (“Reward” menu) only. The discount cannot be redeemed via other channels. The customer’s mobile device must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or other browsers based on Chrome with equivalent or higher versions or use iOS or Android devices released from 2018 onwards.
This special privilege is provided by House Clinic exclusively for LH Bank customers. The privilege is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for other rewards under any circumstances.
The bank reserves the right not to reinstate benefits to customers under any circumstances.
This promotion cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for cash.
The bank reserves the right to modify, change, and/or cancel the promotion details and conditions, in whole or in part, including substituting rewards or privileges of equivalent value as deemed appropriate. Customers will be notified in advance via the bank’s website (www.lhbank.co.th) or the LHB You application.
Terms, conditions, and the promotion period are subject to the bank’s discretion, which will consider reasonable and fair conditions prioritizing customer benefits. The bank’s decision is final.
