Terms and Conditions of the privilege
- Family Banking customers at Wealth level and above, individual type with active account status only, are entitled to the following privileges at all Ojisan Relaxing Station branches:
- Receive a 10% discount on oil massage services of 90 minutes or longer (valid once per month).
- Limited to 1 privilege / customer / month throughout the promotion period.
- Promotion period: November 7, 2025 – October 31, 2026.
- Customers must use LHB You application to claim the above privileges.
- Customers can only claim the privileges through the LHB You app under "Reward" menu. Other channels cannot be used to claim the privileges. Customers’ mobile devices must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or other browsers based on Chrome version 113.0 or higher, or be iOS or Android devices released in 2018 or later.
- Customers must claim and use the privileges at all Ojisan Relaxing Station branches within the specified period. If expired, customers will forfeit their privileges. The bank reserves the right not to reinstate privileges under any circumstances and in the case that the customer does not use the privilege immediately after claiming it, they can view their privileges in the “Reward” menu on the LHB You application (under the “History” section). The privileges are valid according to the specified terms and within the designated period.
- To use services at Ojisan Relaxing Station, customers must show the code obtained from the LHB You app (under "Reward" menu) along with their ID card to Ojisan Relaxing Station staff. The privileges are valid at all Ojisan Relaxing Station branches. Customers can check the list of branches at https://www.ojisanrelaxing.com/
- Customers must present the code directly from the bank’s application. Codes obtained by screenshots or screen capture are not allowed under any circumstances.
- The privileges cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for cash change.
- This privilege is provided by Ojisan Relaxing Station exclusively for LH Bank customers. Customers cannot transfer this privilege to others, nor can it be exchanged or redeemed for any other rewards under any circumstances.
- These privileges cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions at Ojisan Relaxing Station.
- The bank reserves the right to modify, change, and/or cancel all or part of the privileges, including substituting rewards/privileges of equal value as deemed appropriate. Customers will be notified in advance via the bank’s website www.lhbank.co.th or LHB You application.
- The program’s terms, conditions, and duration are subject to the bank’s discretion. The bank will consider terms reasonably and prioritize customer benefits. The bank’s decisions are final.
