Marketing Promotion Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is valid from 16 July 2026 to 31 December 2026
- Eligible customers who meet the Bank's criteria are entitled to the privilege, subject to the following conditions.
- 2.1 Customers must claim the privilege exclusively through the LHB You mobile application (under the "Privileges" menu). The privilege cannot be claimed through any other channel. The privilege must be claimed and redeemed during the promotion period from 16 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. Customers who fail to claim and redeem the privilege within the specified period will be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement, and the Bank reserves the right to revoke the privilege.
- 2.2 Flight bookings must be made between 16 July 2026 and 31 December 2026. Travel may be scheduled for any date between 16 July 2026 and 30 June 2027.
- 2.3 Customers must make a flight reservation at least 2 days prior to the departure date by providing the redemption code received via the LHB You application together with their travel details through one of the following Siam Seaplane contact channels:

- 2.4 The privilege may be redeemed an unlimited number of times per customer throughout the promotion period.
- 2.5 This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any cash coupons, promotional offers, or other discounts provided by Siam Seaplane by Siam Scenic. The privilege is non-transferable, may not be resold, exchanged for commercial purposes, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- 2.6 Package prices are subject to change at the discretion of Siam Seaplane and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- 2.7 Payment procedures and credit card payment terms are subject to Siam Seaplane's policies. Customers should contact Siam Seaplane directly for further details.
- 2.8 Any request to cancel or amend a booking, travel schedule, or other travel-related details must be made directly with Siam Seaplane by Siam Scenic. Additional charges may apply in accordance with Siam Seaplane's terms and conditions.
- 2.9 This privilege is subject to Siam Seaplane's terms and conditions. Any expenses incurred beyond the special package price shall be borne solely by the customer and paid directly through the payment channels designated by Siam Seaplane.
- Redemption is available exclusively through the LHB You mobile application. Customers' mobile devices must support Google Chrome version 113.0 or later, or other browsers based on Chromium with an equivalent or later version or operate on iOS version 14 or later or Android version 10 or later.
- This privilege is provided by Siam Seaplane by Siam Scenic exclusively for LH Bank customers and cannot be exchanged for any other privilege in any case.
- The Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion, in whole or in part, including substituting the privilege with another of equivalent value. Any such changes will be announced in advance, where appropriate, via the LH Bank website (www.lhbank.co.th) and the LHB You mobile application.
- All terms, conditions, and promotional periods are determined by the Bank. The Bank shall exercise its discretion reasonably and in the best interests of customers. The Bank's decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final.
- This promotion is subject to Siam Seaplane's terms and conditions. The Bank acts solely as the provider of this promotional privilege for the benefit of eligible Family Banking customers and shall not be responsible or liable for Siam Seaplane's operations, services, service quality, flight schedules, schedule changes, or any matters relating to the services provided by Siam Seaplane.
