Marketing promotion program for existing bank customers using the LHB You application.
“Existing customers” refer to individual customers who hold deposit products, life insurance, mutual funds, or loan products with the Bank, use the LHB You application, and maintain their accounts in normal status.
Privileges: Existing individual customers of the Bank using the LHB You application who receive services at Bangkok Christian Hospital will be entitled to the following privileges:
- SmartCare Health Check-up Package at THB 2,990 (from the regular price of THB 4,820), inclusive of medical service and procedure fees, plus a free personalized Body Composition Analysis (BCA) program (including body fat percentage, muscle mass measurement, and others) valued at THB 800.
- Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine at THB 790 (from the regular price of THB 1,480), inclusive of medical service and procedure fees.
- Each privilege is limited to 1 entitlement per item per person throughout the promotional period.
Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign.
- The promotional period is from 1 June 2026 to 31 December 2026.
- Customers who meet the Bank’s eligibility criteria may receive the privileges subject to the following conditions:
- 2.1 Customers must redeem the privileges only through the LHB You application (under the “Privileges” menu). No other channels may be used to redeem the privileges. Customers’ mobile devices must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or later, or other browsers based on Chrome with equivalent or later versions, or use iOS version 14 or later, or Android version 10 or later only.
- 2.2 Customers must present the privilege received via the LHB You application to the staff at the patient screening counter prior to receiving services at Bangkok Christian Hospital. Screenshots or captured images of the privilege will not be accepted.
- 2.3 Customers must use the privilege within the promotional period from 1 June 2026 to 31 December 2026 only. If the privilege is not used within the specified period, the Bank shall consider that the customer has forfeited the privilege.
- 2.4 This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with cash coupons or any other promotional campaigns and cannot be transferred to another person, resold, exchanged for commercial purposes, converted into cash, or redeemed for cash change.
- These privileges are provided by Bangkok Christian Hospital exclusively for existing customers of the Bank who use the LHB You application and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any other privileges under any circumstances.
- The Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel any details and conditions of this promotional campaign, in whole or in part, including changing the rewards/privileges to those of equivalent value. The Bank will provide prior notice to customers, as appropriate, through the website of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited at www.lhbank.co.th and the LHB You application.
- Terms, conditions, and promotional periods are as specified by the Bank. The Bank shall exercise its discretion reasonably and with the customers’ best interests taken into consideration. The Bank’s decision shall be final.
- The terms and conditions of medical services shall be in accordance with Bangkok Christian Hospital’s policies. The Bank only provides the privileges under this promotional campaign and is not involved in either responsible for any products or services provided under this campaign. Terms and Conditions for Receiving Services.
Preparation for the SmartCare Health Check-up Package.
- Suitable for individuals aged 20 years and above.
- Get sufficient sleep and rest for at least 6–8 hours before the check-up.
- Refrain from food and beverages for at least 8–10 hours prior to the examination.
- For urine tests, avoid holding urine for an extended period before sample collection, as it may cause bladder inflammation.
- An annual health check-up is recommended at least once a year. If you have undergone a health check-up within the past year, you may consider postponing the examination as appropriate or consult a physician for further advice.
Preparation Before Receiving the Influenza Vaccine.
- Suitable for individuals aged 15 years and above.
- Get sufficient rest for at least 6–8 hours before vaccination.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeinated beverages (such as tea and coffee), and drink plenty of water.
- Inform the doctor or nurse of your medical history, including any underlying diseases, pregnancy, or allergies to medications or vaccines.
- Recommended to receive the influenza vaccine once a year. However, if you have received the vaccine within the past 6 months, it is recommended to allow an appropriate interval before receiving the next dose.
