The marketing promotion for New Customers Opening a Savings Account Participating in the promotion and making the first deposit according to the bank’s conditions via LHB You application or bank branch successfully only
  1. Privilege for new customers of LH Bank
    • 1.1 A new customer refers an individual customer who has never had any product with the bank before (NEW CIF), or a customer who previously had products with the bank and has closed all accounts with the bank as of December 31, 2024 (joint accounts are not allowed). The account status must be normal, and all conditions for opening the savings account and making the required deposit according to the bank’s terms must be met as follows:
      • Condition 1:  Receive a gift — a cash back of 200 Baht, limited to 1 customer per 1 right throughout the promotion period.
        • Details for Condition 1:
        • New customers open a participating savings account* through the LHB You application or Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited branches from October 1, 2025, onward
          and customers must make a first deposit of at least 2,000 Baht or at least 100,000 Baht (on the day of account opening only).

          • The bank reserves the right to provide benefits only to customers who fully comply with all specified conditions.
      • Condition 2: Receive a gift — a cash back of 100 Baht, limited to 1 customer per 1 right throughout the promotion period.
        • Details for Condition 2:
        • New customers who have met all conditions in Condition 1 must, in the account opening month or the month following the account opening month, use the top-up service (EXAT Easy Pass) via the LHB You application with a minimum amount of 300 Baht per transaction
        • New customers who have fully met the conditions in Condition 1 but, in the month following the account opening month, do not use the top-up services (EXAT Easy Pass) via the LHB You application with a minimum amount of 300 Baht per transaction, will not receive the gift under Condition 2.

  2. Promotion Period: from October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
  3. Cashback Redemption Period
    • 3.1 Condition 1: Customers who meet the conditions for opening an account and making the first deposit minimum 2,000 Baht or 100,000 Baht (on the day of account opening) as specified by the bank can claim their cashback in the “Reward” menu on the LHB You Application on the next business day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Cashback payout rounds are as follows:
      Customers who fully meet the conditions under Condition 1 and claim their rights via the LHB You app within The date the customer will receive  the 200 Baht cashback.
      The bank will transfer it into the savings account that the customer used for the transaction

  1. Condition 2: New customers who meet all conditions under Condition 1 and use top-up services (EXAT Easy Pass) via the LHB You app with minimum 300 Baht per transaction as specified by the bank, the period for claiming the reward and receiving the cashback (including Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays) via the “Reward” menu on the LHB You Application is as follows: 
    Customers use top-up or bill payment services via the LHB You app within Redemption period The date the customer will receive the 100 Baht cashback.
    The bank will transfer it into the savings account used by the customer for the transaction

    • 4.1 Customers who do not claim cashback within the specified period will forfeit the right. The bank reserves the right to send SMS confirmation only to the registered phone number. Cashback status can be checked via the LHB You Application.
  2. Customers must use the LHB You app to claim cashback via the “Reward” menu within the promotion period. Otherwise, the right is forfeited.
  3. Customers can only claim the gift via the LHB You app (“Reward” menu). Other channels are not allowed. The customer’s phone must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher or equivalent browsers, or be an iOS/Android phone released from 2018 onwards.
  4. Minimum Deposit Amounts for Opening Savings Accounts
    • 7.1 Savings Account: Minimum 500 Baht / Digital Savings Account: No minimum
    • 7.2 B You Max Savings Account: Minimum 500 Baht
    • 7.3 B You Wealth Savings Account: Minimum 500 Baht
    • 7.4 B You Rich Savings Account: Minimum 500 Baht
    • 7.5 B You Care Savings Account: Minimum 500 Baht
    • 7.6 Savings Super Shield 1: Minimum 1,000 Baht
    • 7.7 Savings Super Shield 2: Minimum 100,000 Baht
    • 7.8 B You Health Savings Account: Maximum: 100,000 Baht
    • 7.9 Non-Fixed Savings Account: Minimum 500 Baht
  5. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Bank Customers
    • 8.1 If the customer fully complies with the condition 1:
      • A cash back of 200 baht received by the customer is equivalent to an interest rate of 10% per annum on a deposit of 2,000 baht held for one year.
      • A cash back of 200 baht received by the customer is equivalent to an interest rate of 0.2% per annum on a deposit of 100,000 baht held for one year.
    • 8.2 If the customer fully complies with the condition 1 and 2
      • A cash back of 300 baht received by the customer is equivalent to an interest rate of 15% per annum on a deposit of 2,000 baht held for one year.
      • A cash back of 300 baht received by the customer is equivalent to an interest rate of 0.3% per annum on a deposit of 100,000 baht held for one year.
  6. Customers who receive benefits from this promotional campaign will not be eligible to participate in other promotional campaigns for new customers during the same promotional period.
  7. These benefits cannot be changed or canceled, and the bank reserves the right not to reinstate the benefits under any circumstances.
  8. Customers cannot transfer these privileges to others or exchange them for other rewards under any circumstances.
  9. The bank reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the details and/or conditions of this promotional campaign, as a whole or in part, including changing the rewards/benefits to ones of equivalent value. Any such changes will be announced in advance through the website of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited at www.lhbank.co.th and the LHB You application, as appropriate.
  10. Interest rates, terms, conditions, and durations are as specified by the bank. The bank will reasonably consider the conditions and terms, prioritizing the customer’s benefit. The bank’s decisions are final.
