Marketing promotion program for new home-loan customers of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited

Special Privilege: Free Home/Condo Inspection Service by HomePro Technicians
  1. Special Privileges for Existing Customers of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited (Individual type). Conditions are as follows:
    • 1.1 Existing customers refers to individual customers who hold any of the following products with the bank—deposit accounts, bancassurance, mutual funds, or loans—and whose accounts are in normal status and
    • 1.2 Customers must use the LHB You Application, and their account status must be normal.
    • 1.3 Eligible customers will receive special privileges, the right to a free home/condo inspection service by HomePro technicians, limited to 1 customer / 1 entitlement, valid throughout the promotional period.
    • 1.4 Customers must use the LHB You Application to claim the special privilege. Their mobile phones must support the system through Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or another browser with a version equivalent to or higher than Chrome 113.0. Alternatively, the phone must run on iOS or Android operating systems launched from 2018 onward. Customers will receive a QR Code via the LHB You Application (under the “Reward” menu). They must claim the privilege in the LHB You Application by going to the “Reward” menu within the promotional period; otherwise, the privilege will be considered forfeited.
    • 1.5 Customers will receive a QR Code through the LHB You Application (under the “Reward” menu). Customers can claim and use the QR Code until June 30, 2026. If the deadline has passed, the privilege will be considered forfeited.
    • 1.6 When the customers redeem the privilege in the LHB You application, they must present proof (the QR code from the bank) to staff at participating HomePro branches*, along with their HomeCard membership number, in order to receive the free home/condo inspection service by HomePro technicians.
      *HomePro Participating branches offering free home inspection service include only branches in Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Khon Kaen, and Chiang Mai — 44 branches in total (branch availability can be checked via HomePro Customer Service at 1284 or Line @changhomepro).
    • 1.7 The privilege is limited to condo inspections not exceeding 150 sq.m. and home inspections not exceeding 300 sq.m. Services are available only for new homes and renovated homes already completed. Areas containing furniture or built-in items cannot be inspected.
    • 1.8 Customers can check additional inspection service terms and conditions at www.homepro.co.th/homeinspection and learn more about other promotions at HomePro participating service counters.
  2. The promotional period is from 15 December 2025 to 30 June 2026
  3. This privilege is provided by HomePro exclusively for LH Bank customers. It cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other rewards.
  4. The bank reserves the right not to reissue any privileges under any circumstances. Privileges cannot be exchanged or converted into cash, nor can any remaining value be refunded.
  5. The bank reserves the right to amend, change, and/or cancel details or conditions of this promotional campaign, in whole or in part, including changing rewards/benefits to items of equivalent value as appropriate. Notifications will be provided in advance through the LH Bank website (www.lhbank.co.th) or the LHB You application.
  6. All terms, conditions, and timelines follow the bank’s rules and discretion, based on reasonableness and customer benefit. The bank’s decision is final.
