Marketing Promotion for the existing customers who use LHB You application
Special Privilege : Exclusively for existing customers who use LHB You application and are Joy Members only.
Privilege 1: Receive a 10% discount on regular-priced items at all Index Living Mall branches. Maximum discount of 2,000 THB per person per receipt.
Privilege 2: Receive a 200 THB discount coupon when spending 800 THB or more on participating products (after all discounts have been applied) at all Index Living Mall branches.
Marketing Promotion Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion Period: from August 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025.
- Eligible Customers refer to the existing customers (individual type) who hold a deposit, life insurance, mutual fund, or loan product with the Bank and whose accounts are in active status.
- This privilege is exclusively for customers who use LHB You application and are registered as Joy Members only. The privileges must be claimed through LHB You application.
- The eligible customers can redeem discount codes and coupons under the following conditions:
- Customers must claim the discount code and discount coupon through "Reward" menu in LHB You application. Codes and coupons can be used according to the specified conditions until October 31, 2025. If the customer fails to redeem and use the privileges within the specified period, the bank will consider the privilege forfeited.
- If the customer does not use the privileges immediately after claiming, they can view them under the “History” section in the “Reward” menu on LHB You app. Privileges are valid as per the stated conditions and period.
- Customers must register as Joy Members before redeeming either of the two privileges.
- Privilege # 1: Get a 10% discount on regular-priced items at all Index Living Mall branches, with a maximum discount of 2,000 THB per person per receipt. Limit: 1 code/ person, with a total of 2,000 codes throughout the promotion period (first come, first served).
- Privilege # 2: Get a 200 THB discount coupon when spending 800 THB or more (net amount after all discounts) on participating products at any Index Living Mall branch. Limit: 1 coupon/ person throughout the promotion period
- The two privileges cannot be used simultaneously.
- To redeem the two privileges, customers must present the discount code or coupon to staff at any Index Living Mall branch. Redemption conditions are available at the point of sale.
- Redemption Method: Discount codes must be claimed exclusively via LHB You application under the “Reward” menu. No other redemption channels are accepted. Customers’ smartphones must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher (or equivalent versions of other browsers) or be iOS or Android devices released from 2018 onward.
- Joy Member Registration and Branch Information: Customers can check Joy Member registration details and Index Living Mall branch list at https://www.indexlivingmall.com/
- This privilege is provided by Index Living Mall exclusively for LH Bank customers. The privilege is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for other rewards under any circumstances.
- The Bank reserves the right not to reinstate privileges under any circumstances.
- This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or partial cash value.
- The Bank reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any or all parts of the promotion, including substituting rewards/privileges of equal value, with prior notice through www.lhbank.co.th or via LHB You application.
- All terms, conditions, and timelines are subject to the Bank’s discretion and will be reasonably applied with customer benefits as a priority. The Bank’s decisions are final.
