  1. Privileges are for Family Banking members (individual type) who meet the bank’s specified criteria for total Asset and/or Loan Under Management (ALUM), and who hold mutual fund products with the bank. To qualify, the customer must have a net initial investment amount (Initial Cost) in mutual funds of at least THB 1,000,000 as of the end of the month. Eligible customers will receive complimentary access to the Miracle Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport.
    *Mutual fund products include all types of mutual funds offered by the bank, for which the bank acts as a selling and redemption agent, under the customer’s national ID.
    Members are categorized into 5 tiers based on total Asset and/or Loan Under Management (ALUM) as per the bank's conditions as below:

  2. Family Banking members who meet the conditions in Clause 1 will receive Miracle Lounge privileges at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport. Customers will receive a number of privileges according to their membership level as shown in the table below, and must use the service within the quarter in which the privilege is granted. Otherwise, the bank will consider the privilege forfeited.Family Banking members are entitled to access the Miracle Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport, based on their Family Banking status, as follows:

  3. The privilege period starts from January 9, 2026 – January 6, 2027.
  4. Terms and conditions for using Miracle Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport: 
    • 4.1 Customers will receive a QR Code (Miracle Lounge) via the LHB You application under the "Privileges" menu on the 7th day of the following month after the customer meets the Asset and/or Loan Under Management (ALUM) conditions specified by the bank.
    • 4.2 Customers receiving privileges for Quarter 1 (January 9, 2026 – March 7, 2026) can use the privileges from January 9, 2026 – April 6, 2026. 
    • 4.3 Customers receiving privileges for Quarter 2 (April 7, 2026 – June 7, 2026) can use the privileges from April 7, 2026 – July 6, 2026. 
    • 4.4 Customers receiving privileges for Quarter 3 (July 7, 2026 – September 7, 2026) can use the privileges from July 7, 2026 – October 6, 2026. 
    • 4.5 Customers receiving privileges for Quarter 4 (October 7, 2026 – December 7, 2026) can use the privileges from October 7, 2026 – January 6, 2027. 
    • 4.6 Customers must redeem and use the service within the specified period only; otherwise, it will be considered a forfeiture of rights. 
    • 4.7 The privilege is reserved for Miracle Lounge access at 1 privilege per person per visit, with a maximum usage of 2 hours per privilege. If the stay exceeds the specified time, customers must pay additional service fees at the rates set by Miracle Lounge directly at the lounge. 
    • 4.8 Customers may transfer this privilege to family members or others for Miracle Lounge access. The customer must provide the QR Code received from the bank only to Miracle Lounge staff according to the number of users.
  5. Customers can check their Family Banking membership status via the LHB You application, the bank's website at www.lhbank.co.th, or at any LH Bank branch nationwide.
  6. Customers must redeem the privilege via the LHB You application ("Rewards" menu) only. Other channels cannot be used to redeem rewards. The customer's mobile phone must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or equivalent/higher, or other browsers with a version referenced from Chrome browser equivalent/higher, or be a phone using iOS or Android operating systems released from 2018 onwards.
  7. The bank reserves the right not to return the privilege to customers under any circumstances.
  8. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a cash discount.
  9. The bank reserves the right to amend, change, and/or cancel the details and conditions of this privilege, in whole or in part, including changing rewards/privileges to those of equal value as appropriate, by notifying users in advance via the Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited website at www.lhbank.co.th or via the LHB You application.
  10. Terms, conditions, and periods are as specified by the bank. The bank will use reasonable discretion and prioritize the maximum benefit of the customer. The bank's decision is final.
