Marketing Promotion for Family Banking Customers and Existing LH Bank Customers Who Use the LHB You Application

Special Privileges : At NARS

Special privileges for Family Banking members from Wealth tier and above, who are individual customers using the LHB You application with an active account status, under the following conditions:

1.1 Family Banking members refer to existing individual customers of the Bank whose total asset value and/or total loan value meet the criteria set by the Bank. Membership is categorized into five tiers as follows:

Membership Tier	Total Asset Value and/or Total Loan Value (according to the Bank’s criteria*)
Elite Privilege	From THB 100 million and above
Elite Plus	From THB 30 million to less than THB 100 million
Elite	From THB 10 million to less than THB 30 million
Wealth Plus	From THB 2 million to less than THB 10 million
Wealth	From THB 500,000 to less than THB 2 million

1.2 Eligible customers are entitled to receive a complimentary 30-minute NARS EXPRESS SERVICE valued at THB 800 (Select the service from eyebrow shaping & styling, skin prep & cheek color with NARS ICONIC ITEMS, or touch-up service), 500 rights per month across all branches.
- Customers must make an appointment at least 3 days in advance by contacting NARS at Line OA: @narsthailand.
- Limited to 1 privilege per person throughout the promotional period.
1.3 Eligible customers are entitled to receive a complimentary NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer (1.4 ml) in shade Custard or Vanilla upon a minimum purchase of THB 2,500 of NARS products (net amount after discount) per receipt, 500 rights per month across all branches (cannot be combined with other promotions).
- The company reserves the right to substitute the complimentary gift with an alternative of similar or equal value in the event that the original item is out of stock.
- Limited to 1 privilege per person throughout the promotional period.

Special privileges for existing LH Bank customers using the LHB You application (Individual Customers)
- 2.1 Existing customers refer to individual customers who hold any deposit, life insurance, mutual fund or loan product with the Bank, who use the LHB You application, and whose account status is active.
- 2.2 Eligible customers are entitled to receive a complimentary NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer (1.4 ml) in shade Custard or Vanilla upon a minimum purchase of THB 2,500 of NARS products (net amount after discount) per receipt, 500 rights per month across all branches (cannot be combined with other promotions).
  - The company reserves the right to substitute the complimentary gift with an alternative of similar or equal value in the event that the original item is out of stock.

Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

The campaign period: from 23 March 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Eligible customers may redeem the privilege under the following conditions:
- 2.1 Customers must redeem the privilege via the LHB You application and must use the privilege within the promotional period 23 March 2026 to 31 December 2026. Failure to redeem and use the privilege within the specified period shall be deemed a forfeiture of the privilege.
- 2.2 Customers must present the privilege via the LHB You application at NARS counters and register as a member on Beauty Connect – NARS Rewards before receiving the service. NARS and the bank reserve the right to grant these privileges only to those who have fully all the conditions and procedures.
- 2.3 This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with cash coupons or other promotional offers and cannot be transferred to another person, resold, exchanged for commercial purposes, converted into cash, or redeemed for cash equivalents.
- 2.4 In the event of service cancellation, product return, or refund after the privilege has been used, NARS and the Bank reserve the right not to reinstate or compensate the privilege in any case.
- 2.5 NARS reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions of this privilege at its sole discretion, in accordance with the company’s policies. please contact NARS directly via Line OA: @narsthailand
Customers must redeem the privilege via the LHB You application (“Reward” menu) only. Other channels cannot be used to redeem the reward. Customers’ mobile devices must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or above, or other browsers based on Chrome with equivalent or higher versions or be smartphones operating on iOS version 14 or Android version 10 onwards.
Customers must present the privilege code received via the LHB You application when using the service at any NARS branches. Screenshot images of the discount code are not accepted.

- Central Group branches: Central Chidlom, Central Ladprao, CentralWorld, Central Rama 2, Central Rama 3, Central Rama 9, Central Bangna, Central Eastville, Central Mega Bangna, Central Chaengwattana, Central Patong, Central Pattaya, Central Floresta Phuket, Central Festival Hat Yai, Central Festival Chiang Mai, Central Udon Thani, Central Khon Kaen, Central Westville, Central Park
- The Mall Group branches: Paragon, Emporium, The Mall Bangkapi, The Mall Ngamwongwan, The Mall Bang Khae, EmSphere

This privilege is exclusively provided by NARS for LH Bank customers only and cannot be exchanged for other benefits under any circumstances.
The Bank reserves the right to amend, change or cancel this promotion and/or its terms and conditions, in whole or in part, including replacing rewards or privileges with those of equivalent value. Any changes will be announced in advance as appropriate via www.lhbank.co.th and the LHB You application.
All terms, conditions and promotional periods are subject to the Bank’s discretion, which shall be exercised reasonably and in the best interest of customers. The Bank’s decision shall be final.
