Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign for B You Pay Savings Account and B You Debit Card
This privilege is available to existing individual customers of the Bank who hold B You Pay savings account and/or B You debit card, have active usage on LHB You application, and maintain normal account status.
Privilege 1: First-year annual fee waiver for B You Debit Card
- Customers who apply for B You debit card during the promotional period will receive a waiver of the card issuance fee (normally 100 THB / card) and the annual fee for the first year (normally 100 THB / card).
Privilege 2: Free cardless withdrawal, up to 3 transactions / month
- Cardless withdrawal via LHB You application is free of charge for up to 3 transactions / month at ATMs of 7 participating banks (Normal fee is 15 THB / transaction), with over 43,000 machines nationwide.
Privilege 3: 30 THB discount coupon at Big C and Big C mini
- Customers who make a deposit into B You Pay saving account transaction at participating Big C and Big C Mini branches (no minimum deposit required) will receive THB 30 discount coupon printed on the receipt, applicable for purchases with a minimum spend of THB 100.
- Limited to 2 privileges / month throughout the promotional period and available to Big Point members only.

Privilege 4: Receive 50 LHB You coins per month
- Qualification requirements via B You Pay savings account:
- Customers who maintain minimum balance of THB 10,000 in their B You Pay savings account and keep an average daily balance of THB 10,000 throughout the month or
- Customer who uses B You Pay savings account as a payroll account through the Bank.
- Transactions requirement:
- Customers who make at least 1 payment / month for home loan installments, personal loans, or credit cards of other banks (excluding Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited) via B You Pay savings account will receive 50 Coins (Limited to 50 coins / person / month and the rights are reserves to provide the promotional benefit only to customers who have fully satisfied all eligibility requirements and complied with all conditions prescribed by the Bank).

- The free 3 transactions / month apply only to successful withdrawals from the B You Pay savings account. Additional transactions will be subject to a fee of THB 15 / transaction until the next month or as otherwise announced by the Bank.

- Coin Reward Consideration: Customers who fully comply with the Bank’s conditions will have their transactions reviewed at the end of each month.
- Coin Crediting Schedule: Coins will be credited on the 10th of the following month. If the date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the crediting will be made on the next business day. Customers must access the LHB You application to receive Coins and can view their balance and history at “Rewards” > “History” > “Coins”.
- Coin Usage Period
- Coins credited on 1 October 2026 to 30 November 2026 are valid until 31 December 2026.
- Coins credited on 1-31 December 2026 are valid until 30 June 2027.
- Customers can check the expiry date in the “Rewards” menu
- Customers may redeem Coins for rewards as displayed in the LHB You application under “Rewards” > “Coin Redemption.” The Bank reserves the right to determine the rewards at its sole discretion.
- Coins earned under this campaign cannot be exchanged, transferred, converted, refunded, or redeemed for cash or other compensation.
- This campaign cannot be combined with any other campaign or privilege from other types of deposit account services of the Bank.
- Privileges under this campaign cannot be changed or canceled, and the Bank reserves the right not to reinstate any privileges under any circumstances.
- Privileges are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other rewards under any circumstances.
- The Bank reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel this campaign and/or its terms and conditions, in whole or in part, with prior notice via www.lhbank.co.th and the LHB You application.
- All terms, conditions, and campaign periods are subject to the Bank’s discretion, which will be exercised reasonably and in the best interest of customers. The Bank’s decision shall be final.
