Privilege : The right to receive E-Coupon for an instant 10% discount on BeNeat home cleaning services (excluding services requiring price assessment), limited to 1 right per person.

- Privilege period from 7 July - 31 December 2025
- Customers will receive the privileges through the LHB You application on the 7th day of each month. Customers must claim the privilege through LHB You application (in “Reward” menu) only. Other channels cannot be used to claim the privilege. Additionally, the customer's mobile phone must support the system via Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or any other browser with a version equivalent to or higher than Chrome version 113.0. The phone must also run on iOS or Android operating systems released from 2018 onwards.
- Customers must use LHB You application to claim the privilege
- E-Coupons are limited to one right per person throughout the campaign period, with a maximum of 200 rights per month. Privileges will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis upon redemption via the LHB You application. In case that the customer does not use the discount code immediately after claiming the privilege, the customer can view the discount code in “Reward” menu (under “History”) in LHB You application. The discount code will remain valid according to the specified conditions and throughout the campaign period. If the customer does not uses the services within the specified period, it will be considered a forfeiture of the right. The bank reserves the right not to reinstate any benefits under any circumstances.
- Conditions for using BeNeat services are as follows:
- Customers must claim the E-Coupon code in “Reward” menu in the LHB You application and apply the code during payment through one of the following channels:
- Via the BeNeat mobile application
- Via LINE Official Account: @beneat (customers must add the LINE account)
- Via the website www.beneat.co
- Eligible BeNeat services (excluding services that require price estimation) include:
- Cleaning Service
- Ironing Service
- Bathroom Cleaning
- A/C Cleaning
- Sofa & Mattress Cleaning
- 3 Cleaners Service
- Customers must redeem the privilege through the link provided in the application by the bank only. Use of privileges via screenshots (captures) is not permitted under any circumstances.
- This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in cash.
- This privilege cannot be used as a discount and cannot be combined with other promotions of BeNeat.
- The bank reserves the right to amend, change, and/or cancel the details and conditions of this promotional campaign, whether in whole or in part, including the substitution of prizes/privileges with those of equal value as deemed appropriate. Customers will be notified in advance through the website of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited at www.lhbank.co.th or via LHB You application.
