Campaign for Family Banking Customers and Existing Bank Customers Using the LHB You Application
Privileges : Customers are entitled to special privileges when receiving services at Rebalance Clinic, applicable to all 20 branches.
- These privileges are exclusively available to Family Banking members at the Wealth level and above who use the LHB You application, are individual customers, and maintain an active account status, subject to the following conditions
- Privileges for Existing Bank Customers Using the LHB You Application (Individual Custom)
- 2.1 Existing customers refer to individual customers who hold deposit products, life insurance policies, mutual funds, or loan products with the Bank, use the LHB You application, and maintain an active account status.
- 2.2 Eligible customers are entitled to a special price of THB 1,099 for the first session (regular price THB 2,200).
- 2.3 Each eligible customer is entitled to one (1) privilege per person throughout the promotional period.
Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign
- The promotional period is from 19 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
- Customers may redeem the privileges at Rebalance Clinic, applicable to all branches. Customers are required to make an appointment at least three (3) business days in advance via LINE Official Account: @reb9 or Facebook Page: Rebalance Clinic. The list of Rebalance Clinic branches is available at: https://rebalance.co.th/branches/
- Customers who meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the Bank are entitled to receive the privileges, subject to the following conditions:
- These privileges cannot be used in conjunction with cash coupons or other promotional offers.
- These privileges are non-transferable, cannot be resold, exchanged for commercial purposes, converted into cash, or refunded in cash, whether in whole or in part.
- In the event of service cancellation, product return, exchange, or refund after the privilege has been redeemed, Rebalance Clinic and the Bank reserve the right not to return, reinstate, or compensate the privilege in any case.
- Customers must redeem the privileges exclusively via the LHB You application (under the “Privileges” menu). Redemption through any other channels is not permitted. The customer’s mobile device must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or later, or other browsers with versions equivalent to Chrome, or be a mobile device operating on iOS or Android systems launched from 2018 onwards.
- Customers must present the discount code obtained from the LHB You application when redeeming the service at any Rebalance Clinic branch. Screenshots or captured images of the discount code are not accepted.
- These privileges are provided by Rebalance Clinic exclusively for LH Bank customers and cannot be exchanged for other privileges or benefits in any case.
- The Bank reserves the right to amend, change, and/or cancel any details and conditions of these privileges, in whole or in part, including substituting rewards or privileges with others of equivalent value, as deemed appropriate. Any changes will be announced in advance via Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited’s website (www.lhbank.co.th) or the LHB You application.
- All terms, conditions, and the promotional period shall be as determined by the Bank. The Bank shall exercise its discretion reasonably and in the best interests of customers. The Bank’s decision shall be final.
- These terms and conditions are subject to Rebalance Clinic’s policies. The Bank has no involvement with the products or services under this promotional campaign.
