LH Bank Premium Card is ATM Debit Chip Card with the personal accident coverage provided by  Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited

• Personal Accident Coverage;

• Loss of Life, Dismemberment, Loss of Sight or Total and Permanent Disability Coverage ;

• Medical Expenses Coverage due to Accident; 

• Loss or Damage of Property and Money resulting from Theft at ATM Booth Coverage 

• Covering loss of life, dismemberment, loss of sight or total and permanent disability, due to the accident in the amount of 300,000 Baht (for the accident while driving or riding as a passenger on motorcycle in the amount of 10,000 Baht);

• Covering loss of life, dismemberment, loss of sight or total and permanent disability, due to murder or assault in the amount of 300,000 Baht; 

• Covering the medical treatment expense, due to the accident in the amount of 10,000 Baht per each accident;

• Covering loss of money withdrawn from the automatic teller machine, due to robbery and/or gang robbery and snatching at maximum coverage up to 10,000 Baht per year; 

• Covering loss of money resulting from money withdrawal, making purchase for the goods by other persons, due to robbery and/or gang robbery and snatching at maximum coverage up to 10,000 Baht per year

• No need for medical health check-up, just make declaration in the card application form. Health declaration is one of the factors for the underwriting or consideration of payment in accordance with the insurance contract;

• Making purchase for the goods/service at the shops having symbol of Thai Payment Network and Union Pay  Union Paythroughout Thailand, and at the shops having symbol Union Pay
