Track your cross border remittance transaction status by yourself via the Bank’s website, available 24/7.
You can monitor your transaction once the Bank has processed your outward remittance, or when you receive notification from the sender for incoming remittances. This service applies to cross-border payments conducted via the SWIFT network.

Service Condition
 

• This service is available for both juristic persons and individual customers who perform cross-border remittance, both Outward Remittance and     Inward Remittance with Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited.

• Cross border remittance tracking service currently supports 9 major currencies are: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, HKD, SGD, AUD, and CHF.

Document Required
 

• Customers are required to use the UETR, as stated in the SWIFT payment instruction copy. This reference applies to both outgoing and incoming transactions.

How to access the LHB Payment Tracker service for cross border payment status tracking?

 
Customers can access the service via the Bank’s website as follows:
1.) Corporate customer → Other Services → LHB Payment Tracker
2.) Via the banner on the SME customer page → LHB Payment Tracker
3.) Via the banner on the Personal customer page → LHB Payment Tracker

Which client segment is eligible to use cross border remittance service ?

 
Cross border remittance is available for all kinds of client segments, Personal, SMEs and Corporate.

How many currencies are currently supported by LH Bank’s cross border remittance.?

 
The service currently supports 9 currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, HKD, JPY, CNY, AUD, and CHF.

Are there any charges for using LHB Payment Tracker ?

 
Not at all, the service is free of charge.

What types of Cross border remittance can be tracked through the LHB Payment Tracker?

 
1.) Outward Remittance — where the transaction is initiated by an LH Bank customer (Ordering Customer) who is ordering funds transferred from LH Bank to the beneficiary overseas (in available currencies provided by LH Bank).
2.) Inward Remittance — where the LH Bank customer is the beneficiary receiving funds transferred from overseas.

What is LH Bank’s SWIFT code?

 
LAHRTHB2 (8-character code) or LAHRTHB2XXX (11-character code). Both the 8-character and 11-character SWIFT codes refer to LH Bank Head Office.

What is a UETR number, and from which document can customers obtain to track transaction status?

 
UETR : Unique End To End Transaction Reference  is a 32-character alphanumeric reference number.
Customers, or authorized primary contact person with the Bank, will receive a copy of the SWIFT message in PDF format when making an outward international remittance transaction. After the bank processes the transaction, the Bank will send an email confirmation to the customer every time as supporting evidence. The file name format is “SWIFT_FORXXXXXXXX."
Customers can locate the “UETR” number in the Message Header section, line 5 or 6 of the SWIFT document, and use it to search and track transaction status via the LHB Payment Tracker link.

The “XXX” in the last 3 digits of “LAHRTHB2XXX” could be replaced with other numbers, such as branch codes like 123 or 095? Or not

 
No, LH Bank has only one SWIFT code: LAHRTHB2 (8-character code) or LAHRTHB2XXX (11-character code), both codes refer to LH Bank Head Office.

In case the LHB Payment Tracker system is out of order and, which department should they contact to get further information ?

 
If customers require further information or more clarification regarding cross border remittance transaction from the bank’s officer.
For example, if they are unsure whether funds have been credited to their account or not because the transaction does not appear in the account statement after 2–3 days from the sender’s transfer date — they should contact the Trade Finance Operation Department at tradefinanceoperation@lhbank.co.th and provide the transaction details for further investigation.
