Eligibility Criteria for Insurance Coverage
- 1-year coverage period.
- The insured must be of Thai nationality. In the case of a foreign national, a valid passport and proof of legal residence in Thailand are required (Work Permit or visa approved by the relevant government authority).
- Eligible for insured ag between 25 – 60 years (Renewable up to age 70).
- The insured must be in good health, with no history of serious illnesses such as heart disease, AIDS, cancer, neurological disorders, liver cirrhosis, chronic kidney failure, bone and joint diseases, epilepsy, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), chronic alcoholism, or any congenital conditions, and must not have any physical disability. Acceptance is subject to the Company’s underwriting criteria.
- The maximum sum insured shall not exceed THB 10,000,000 per person.
- This insurance plan is available only to insured persons classified under Occupational Class 1–2.
- The Company reserves the right to decline coverage if it is found that the insured does not meet the underwriting requirements. In such cases, the insurance shall be deemed void, and the Company will refund the full premium paid for the void policy.
Occupational Classes 1–2
Refers to individuals engaged in administrative or managerial duties, clerical or sales work in business or commercial activities, whose work is primarily office-based.
This also includes light manual work not involving machinery, or those who work outside the office on an occasional basis.
Occupations Not Eligible for Insurance Coverage (Occupational Class 3–4)
Examples include: Labourers, construction workers, oil drilling workers, miners, high-rise building cleaners, fishermen, actors, actresses, singers, musicians, athletes, drivers of oil/gas/hazardous material transport vehicles, boat operators, flight attendants, stewards/stewardesses, pilots, police officers, military personnel, volunteers, persons with disabilities, politicians, employees using motorcycles for work, motorcycle taxi drivers, industrial factory workers, mechanics, race car drivers, taxi drivers, as well as occupations involving manual labour, machinery operation, farming, gardening, or any occupations with high-risk exposure.
