Eligibility Criteria for Insurance Coverage

  1. 1-year coverage period.    
  2. The insured must be of Thai nationality. In the case of a foreign national, a valid passport and proof of legal residence in Thailand are required (Work Permit or visa approved by the relevant government authority).
  3. Eligible for insured ag between 25 – 60 years (Renewable up to age 70).
  4. The insured must be in good health, with no history of serious illnesses such as heart disease, AIDS, cancer, neurological disorders, liver cirrhosis, chronic kidney failure, bone and joint diseases, epilepsy, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), chronic alcoholism, or any congenital conditions, and must not have any physical disability. Acceptance is subject to the Company’s underwriting criteria.    
  5. The maximum sum insured shall not exceed THB 10,000,000 per person.           
  6. This insurance plan is available only to insured persons classified under Occupational Class 1–2.
  7. The Company reserves the right to decline coverage if it is found that the insured does not meet the underwriting requirements. In such cases, the insurance shall be deemed void, and the Company will refund the full premium paid for the void policy.
Occupational Classes 1–2
Refers to individuals engaged in administrative or managerial duties, clerical or sales work in business or commercial activities, whose work is primarily office-based.
This also includes light manual work not involving machinery, or those who work outside the office on an occasional basis.

 
Occupations Not Eligible for Insurance Coverage (Occupational Class 3–4) 
Examples include: Labourers, construction workers, oil drilling workers, miners, high-rise building cleaners, fishermen, actors, actresses, singers, musicians, athletes, drivers of oil/gas/hazardous material transport vehicles, boat operators, flight attendants, stewards/stewardesses, pilots, police officers, military personnel, volunteers, persons with disabilities, politicians, employees using motorcycles for work, motorcycle taxi drivers, industrial factory workers, mechanics, race car drivers, taxi drivers, as well as occupations involving manual labour, machinery operation, farming, gardening, or any occupations with high-risk exposure.

Eligibility Criteria for Insurance Coverage           
  1. Individuals of all occupations (except for occupations in Class 4).
  2. Eligible for coverage from ages 3 to 60 (renewable up to age 70)
  3. The insured must be in good health, with no history of serious illness or pre-existing conditions, no physical disability, and must meet the underwriting criteria set by the Company.
  4. For insured aged 3–20 years with no income or classified under Occupational Class 3, the maximum sum insured is limited to THB 600,000.
  5. For insured residing in the four southern border provinces (Songkhla, Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat), the maximum sum insured is limited to THB 300,000.                                                             
  6. Occupational Class 4 exclusions include: laborers, construction workers, oil drillers, miners, high-rise building cleaners, fishermen, celebrities, actors, singers, musicians, athletes, drivers transporting oil, gas or hazardous materials, motorboat operators, air hostesses, stewards, captains, police officers, military personnel, volunteers, persons with disabilities, politicians, employees who use motorcycles for work, motorcycle taxi drivers, and veterinarians.                                                                                            
  7. For the Travel Accident Policy, the insured must have a residence in Thailand and the travel must originate from Thailand to overseas destinations only.
  8. In the case of foreign nationals, a passport and valid authorization to stay in Thailand (such as a work permit or visa issued by the relevant authorities) are required.
  9. Countries not covered under the Company’s travel conditions include high-risk or sanctioned countries, including but not limited to:Afghanistan, Algeria, Belarus, Iran, Ethiopia, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Central African Republic, Yugoslavia, Albania, Eritrea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Burundi, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Rwanda, Liberia, Azerbaijan, Israel, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Angola, etc
  10. Annual travel insurance coverage (maximum coverage period not exceeding 90 days per trip)

Note: If additional high-risk or sanctioned countries are announced beyond those listed above, the Company reserves the right to decline coverage or cancel the policy with a full premium refund.

Public Transportation Accident means an accident occurring while the insured is traveling as a passenger on public transportation, such as trains, electric trains, public buses, or licensed public passenger vans registered for public land transportation and operating on designated routes and schedules. This also includes accidents involving public elevators, excluding elevators used in mines or construction sites, as well as fire incidents occurring in public buildings during hours open to the general public, including jumping to escape fire in order to preserve life.
 

Insurance Underwriting Conditions

  1. Individual persons of all occupations (excluding Occupational Class 4).
  2. Aged between 3–60 years, in good and sound health (renewable up to age 70).
  3. The insured must not currently suffer from, have previously suffered from, have self-recognizable symptoms of, or have received medical examination, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice relating to epilepsy, heart disease, hypertension, bone or muscular disorders, cancer, AIDS, diabetes, or any physical disability or impairment of any body organ.
  4. For insured persons aged 3–20 years with no income, or those in Occupational Class 3, the maximum sum insured is limited to THB 600,000.
  5. Insured persons whose registered residence is in the four southern border provinces (Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat) are subject to a maximum sum insured limit of THB 300,000.
  6.
