Terms and Conditions of the Marketing Campaign for Friend Referral to Open B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account (For existing customers who still have products of LH Bank and have never had a B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account)

Campaign Terms & Conditions

  1. The referrer refers to an existing customer who still has products of LH Bank and never had a B-You Wealth Digital Savings account (“Referrer”).
  2. The referee refers to a new customer who has never had any products of LH Bank before and has been referred to open a B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account (“Referee”).
  3. The referral code refers to the mobile phone number that the referrer used to register for LHB You application (“Referral Code”).
  4. When Referee successfully opens B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account through LHB You application by entering Referral Code that matches the information that Referrer used to register for LHB You application, Referrer will be eligible to receive Step 1 Privilege. 
    • Step 1 Privilege: Eligibility to open B-You Wealth Savings Account
    • Campaign Period: 1 May 2024 – 31 July 2024
    • Limit to 1 customer per 1 B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account.
    • The Referrer will gain eligibility in 1 business day after the Referee successfully opens a B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account.
    • The privilege will be applied only within the campaign period. Which indicates that the Referrer can open B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account from the date that privilege was granted and must successfully open B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account within 31 December 2024, or until changes to the campaign are announced.
  5. Once the Referrer successfully opens B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account via LHB You application, has a minimum deposit balance of 2,000 THB, maintains the deposit balance of 2,000 THB until end of day and the account status must be normal, the Referrer will be eligible to receive Step 2 Privilege which can be selected from one of the following rewards (sections 5.1 or 5.2 or 5.3) based on the following conditions:
    • 5.1 Privilege to purchase special price of 19 THB movie ticket at SF Cinema for 1 seat
    • Campaign Period: 1 May – 31 July 2024
    • The bank reserves the right for customers who have met all conditions to receive the privilege to purchase the special price of 19 THB movie ticket at SF Cinema for 1 seat from regular price of 260 THB. The reward value equals to 241 THB that customers receive is calculated to be equivalent to an interest rate of 12% per year on a deposit of 2,000 baht for a period of 1 year. 
    • The privilege can be used at all SF Cinema branches except for Emprive’ Cineclub.
    • The privilege is redeemable for a deluxe seat in 2D cinema only. Additional payment must be made for premium and prime seat upgrade based on the ticket price which varies depending on each location.
    • The privilege can be used at SF WORLD CINEMA at Central World and all Zigma Cinestadium for Premium seats starting at a special price of 39 THB. The ticket is upgradable to Prime seats and 3D systems with extra charge which can be paid directly at the cinema. 
    • The privilege is redeemable for a ticket of blockbuster or mega blockbuster movies with extra charge which can be paid directly at the cinema.
    • Privileges limit to 2,500 privileges per campaign and LH Bank reserves the right to provide privileges for customers who redeem the reward first (first come, first serve basis).
    • Limit to 1 customer per 1 privilege to purchase special price of 19 THB movie ticket at SF Cinema.
    • The Referrer can redeem the privilege via “Rewards” menu in LHB You application on the next business day after successfully meeting all campaign conditions. The e-Voucher code will be valid until 30 September 2024 and must be redeemed within the redemption period, otherwise the privilege will be forfeited.
    • 5.2 Get McDonald’s e-voucher for a Fried Chicken Value Set 1 set
    • Campaign Period: 1 May – 31 July 2024
    • The bank reserves the right for customers who have met all conditions to receive McDonald’s e-voucher for a Fried Chicken Value Set 1 set. 
    • McDonald’s Fried Chicken Value Set e-voucher consists of 1 McFried Chicken, 16oz of Coke and 1 Sundae.
    • The highest value of the reward is 163 THB that customers receive is calculated to be equivalent to an interest rate of 8.15% per year on a deposit of 2,000 baht for a period of 1 year. 
    • Privileges limit to 500 privileges per campaign and LH Bank reserves the right to provide privileges for customers who redeem the reward first (first come, first serve basis).
    • Limit to 1 customer per 1 privilege.
    • E-voucher can be used at participating branches only; excluding The Mall Korat 2 branch, Impact Muang Thong Thani branch, EmQuartier branch, Phi Phi Island branch, all airport branches, dessert counters, home delivery, drive-through service and online delivery.
    • Customers must present the original e-voucher to staff before making a payment. Pictures or screenshots of the e-voucher will not be accepted. Additionally, e-voucher cannot be used at Self Ordering Kiosk.
    • The Referrer can redeem the privilege via “Rewards” menu in LHB You application on the next business day after successfully meeting all campaign conditions. The e-Voucher code will be valid until 31 October 2024 and must be redeemed within the redemption period, otherwise the privilege will be forfeited.
    • 5.3 Get Susco e-voucher value 200 THB
    • Campaign Period: 1 May – 31 July 2024
    • The bank reserves the right for customers who have met all conditions to receive 1 of 100-THB e-vouchers (total value 200 THB) to be used at any Susco petrol stations and Sinopec Susco petrol stations nationwide without minimum transaction requirement. In case transaction value is below 100 THB, customers cannot request change in cash or keep remaining balance for other transactions.
    • Customers are required to apply for Susco Smart Member before using Susco e-voucher. Terms and Conditions of Susco Smart Member are subject to Susco Public Company Limited's determination and discretion.
    • The highest value of the reward is 100 THB that customers receive is calculated to be equivalent to an interest rate of 5% per year on a deposit of 2,000 baht for a period of 1 year. 
    • Privileges limit to 1,000 privileges per campaign and LH Bank reserves the right to provide privileges for customers who redeem the reward first.
    • Limit to 1 privilege per 1 customer.
    • The Referrer can redeem the privilege via “Rewards” menu in LHB You application on the next business day after successfully meeting all campaign conditions. The e-Voucher code will be valid until 31 December 2024 and must be redeemed within the redemption period, otherwise the privilege will be forfeited.
  6. Step 1 Privilege and Step 2 Privilege apply only to existing customers who still have products of LH Bank and successfully referred new customers to open a B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account. Also, the existing customers must successfully open a B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account.
  7. Customers cannot transfer these privileges to others, and the privileges cannot be exchanged for other privileges or gifts under any circumstances.
  8. Customers may not be able to use the e-Voucher codes which occurred from screenshots.
  9. In case the Referrer uses Step 1 Privilege to open a B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account on the last day of the month, the referrer must deposit the full amount required by the campaign within the same day to be eligible for Step 2 Privilege.
    • Example
    • Case 1: In case a customer opens a B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account on 30 April 2024 and deposits the required amount within 30 April 2024, the customer will be eligible for Step 2 Privilege.
    • Case 2: In case a customer opens a B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account on 30 April 2024 and deposits the required amount on 1 May 2024, the customer will not be eligible for Step 2 Privilege.
  10. Customers must redeem the privilege through the LHB You application ("Rewards" menu) only. Other channels cannot be used to redeem the privilege. The customer's mobile device must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or other browsers that are based on Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher. Alternatively, the customer's phone must use an iOS or Android operating system which was released from 2018 onwards.
  11. The bank reserves the right not to refund privileges to customers in all circumstances.
  12. The bank reserves the right to amend, change, and/or cancel the terms and conditions of this campaign, in whole or in part, including changing the rewards/privileges to those of equal value. The bank will notify customers 30 days in advance via the website of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited www.lhbank.co.th.
  13. The terms, conditions, and period of the campaign are subject to the bank's determination and discretion. The bank will consider the terms and conditions to be reasonable and fair, with the customer's interests being primary. The bank's decision is final.
  14. The bank is not involved with the products and services from the service provider. In case of questions about the products and services, please contact the SF customer service through SF Smart Call 1349 for privilege on 5.1, the McDonalds customer service through Call Center 1711 for privilege on 5.2, and the Susco customer service through Call Center 02-428-0029 ext. 234, 235 for privilege on 5.3.

Instructions on how to enter the referral code when opening an account.
  1. Download LHB You application and select to open a B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account.
  2. Completely fill in the required information on the personal information page to register and open an account.
  3. On the personal information page, select “Have a referrer” and enter a Referrer Code in friend’s mobile phone number (which he/she registered with the bank) field.
  4. Verify your identity according to the bank’s requirements and complete the account opening process.
