Terms and Conditions of the Marketing Campaign for New Customers of B-You Wealth Digital Savings

Campaign Terms & Conditions

  1. Campaign Period: 1 May – 31 July 2024
  2. A new customer refers to a new customer who has never had any products of LH Bank before. 
  3. The eligible account for this campaign only applies to B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account from Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited (“New Customer”). 
  4. New Customer successfully opens B-You Wealth Digital Savings Account through LHB You application during 1 May – 31 July 2024, deposits at least 2,000 THB, and the account status must be normal.
  5. Customers who meet all the conditions will be able to select one of the following rewards (sections 5.1 or 5.2 or 5.3) based on the following conditions:
    • 5.1 Get SF Cinema deluxe seat movie ticket for digital 2D system for 1 seat.
    • Customers can redeem the privilege via “Rewards” menu in LHB You application after successfully meeting all campaign conditions. The e-Voucher code will be valid until 30 September 2024 and must be redeemed within the redemption period, otherwise the privilege will be forfeited.
    • The highest value of the privilege is 260 THB that customers receive is calculated to be equivalent to an interest rate of 13% per year on a deposit of 2,000 baht for a period of 1 year. 
    • Privileges limit to 7,000 privileges per campaign and LH Bank reserves the right to provide privileges for customers who redeem the reward first.
    • Limit to 1 privilege per 1 customer.
    • The e-Voucher code can be used at all SF Cinema branches except for Emprive’ Cineclub.
    • The e-Voucher code is only redeemable for a deluxe seat in a 2D cinema. Upgrading to premium or prime seats requires an additional payment based on the varying ticket prices at each location. 
    • The e-Voucher code is redeemable at SF WORLD CINEMA at CentralWorld and all Zigma Cinestadium with extra charge. The ticket is upgradable to Prime seats and 3D systems with extra charge which can be paid directly at the cinema.
    • The e-Voucher code is redeemable for a ticket of blockbuster or mega blockbuster movies with extra charge which can be paid directly at the cinema.
    • 5.2 Get McDonald’s full meal set e-voucher for 1 set
    • Customers can redeem the privilege via “Rewards” menu in LHB You application after successfully meeting all campaign conditions. The e-voucher code will be valid until 31 October 2024 and must be redeemed within the redemption period, otherwise the privilege will be forfeited.
    • McDonald’s full meal set e-voucher consists of 1 burger (Samurai Pork Burger or Filet-O-Fish), 6 pieces of McNuggets, 16oz of Coke and 1 pie (corn pie or pineapple pie).
    • The highest value of the reward is 350 THB that customers receive is calculated to be equivalent to an interest rate of 17.5% per year on a deposit of 2,000 baht for a period of 1 year. 
    • Privileges limit to 7,000 privileges per campaign and LH Bank reserves the right to provide privileges for customers who redeem the reward first.
    • Limit to 1 privilege per 1 customer.
    • E-voucher can be used at participating branches only; excluding The Mall Korat 2 branch, Impact Muang Thong Thani branch, EmQuartier branch, Phi Phi Island branch, all airport branches, dessert counters, home delivery, drive-through service and online delivery.
    • Customers must present the original e-voucher to staff before making a payment. Pictures or screenshots of the e-voucher will not be accepted. Additionally, e-voucher cannot be used at Self Ordering Kiosk.
    • 5.3 Get Susco e-voucher value 200 THB
    • Customers can redeem the privilege via “Rewards” menu in LHB You application after successfully meeting all campaign conditions. The e-voucher code will be valid until 31 December 2024 and must be redeemed within the redemption period, otherwise the privilege will be forfeited.
    • Customers will receive 2 of 100-THB e-vouchers (total value 200 THB) to be used at any Susco petrol stations and Sinopec Susco petrol stations nationwide without minimum transaction requirement. In case transaction value is below 100 THB, customers cannot request change in cash or keep remaining balance for other transactions.
    • Customers are required to apply for Susco Smart Member before using Susco e-voucher. Terms and Conditions of Susco Smart Member are subject to Susco Public Company Limited's determination and discretion.
    • The highest value of the reward is 200 THB that customers receive is calculated to be equivalent to an interest rate of 10% per year on a deposit of 2,000 baht for a period of 1 year. 
    • Privileges limit to 2,000 privileges per campaign and LH Bank reserves the right to provide privileges for customers who redeem the reward first.
    • Limit to 1 privilege per 1 customer (1 privilege will receive 2 codes of 100-THB e-vouchers).
  6. Customers may not be able to use the e-Voucher codes which occurred from screenshots.
  7. Customers must redeem the privilege through the LHB You application ("Rewards" menu) only. Other channels cannot be used to redeem the privilege. The customer's mobile device must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or other browsers that are based on Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher. Alternatively, the customer's phone must use an iOS or Android operating system which was released from 2018 onwards.
  8. The bank reserves the right not to refund privileges to customers in all circumstances.
  9. The bank reserves the right to amend, change, and/or cancel the terms and conditions of this campaign, in whole or in part, including changing the rewards/privileges to those of equal value. The bank will notify customers 30 days in advance via the website of Land and House Bank Public Company Limited www.lhbank.co.th
  10. The terms, conditions, and period of the campaign are subject to the bank's determination and discretion. The bank will consider the terms and conditions to be reasonable and fair, with the customer's interests being primary. The bank's decision is final.
  11. The bank is not involved with the products and services from the service provider. In case of questions about the products and services, please contact the SF customer service through SF Smart Call 1349 for privilege on 5.1, the McDonalds customer service through Call Center 1711 for privilege on 5.2, and the Susco customer service through Call Center 02-428-0029 ext. 234, 235 for privilege on 5.3.
