How to Do Transactions
 

Deposit​

  1. Send a request to deposit money in an account of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited

  2. Insert smart ID card into a card reader and fill in necessary information, account number, phone number and deposit amount

  3. Check the information appeared on the EDC screen and press “Enter” for confirmation

  4. Receive deposit slip with account balance

Withdrawal​

  1. Send a request to withdraw money from an account of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited

  2. Insert smart ID card into a card reader, and fill in necessary information, account number, phone number, amount of money and OTP

  3. Check the information appeared on the EDC screen and press “Enter” for confirmation

  4. Receive money with slip

Loan Repayment and/or Bill Payment​

  1. Customer presents an invoice

  2. Staff scans the barcode from the invoice

  3. Staff keys in the invoiced amount

  4. Customer pays the bill and receives a slip.
