THAILAND ELITE VISA HOLDER
- Valid Passport
- NON-IMM visa or SE (Special Entry) or PE (Privilege Entry)
- Choose one of the following identification documents:
- Original nationality identity card
- Identification document issued by Thai government *
- Proof of Residence Address in Thailand **
- Proof of income, such as business ownership documents
- Thai mobile number with proof of ownership document issued by mobile service provider within 1 month ***

- NON-IMM visa type O-X or O-A, or
a visa stamp issued for retirement purposes, or
NON-IMM visa with a certificate from the embassy or immigration office, or
Long Stay visa with a certificate from the embassy or immigration office.

- Identification document issued by Thai government *
- Proof of Residence Address in Thailand **
- Thai mobile number with proof of ownership document issued by mobile service provider within 1 month ***

If the client is unable to provide the document listed in item 3 above, the following supplementary documents may be provided:
- Identity verification documents provided via a SWIFT Authenticate within 1 month
- Identity verification documents provided via a Notary Public within 1 month
- (For Thailand Elite Card member) Thailand Elite Card or Thailand Elite member certification
- (For retiree) Certificate from the embassy or immigration office within 1 month
For individuals holding a Dependent Visa (Non-Immigrant O) and residing in Thailand to accompany family members, the following supplementary documents may be provided:
- Proof of relationships (e.g., a marriage certificate)
- In the case of dependents residing in Thailand with a foreign national, the applicant must also provide the documents of the primary visa holder as specified in the table above.
Remarks :
* Identification document issued by Thai government (e.g., Thai driver's license, house registration)
** Residence address must state the name of applicant and must be a valid contactable address.
This includes:
- Yellow House Registration Book (Thor Ror 13) which specifies the 13-digit national identification number and the applicant’s name
- A lease agreement signed by both the lessee and the lessor which includes lessor’s copy of ID card or passport with handwritten signature
- Water/electricity bills bearing the customer’s name
- A certificate of residence issued by an embassy
- A certificate of residence issued by the Immigration Bureau.
Hotel or post office box addresses are not accepted as proof of residence
*** The registered phone number must be registered under the same name as the customer.
For AIS users: This SMS can be used as proof of ownership by sending an SMS with the letter “B” followed by a space and your passport number, to 4444161.
Any documents or supporting evidence in languages other than English or Thai must be translated and notarized by a Notary Public
