- Valid Passport
- NON-IMM visa or SE (Special Entry) or PE (Privilege Entry)
- Choose one of the following identification documents:
- Original nationality identity card
- Identification document issued by Thai government *
- Proof of Residence Address in Thailand **
- Thai mobile number***

- Valid Passport
- NON-IMM visa type O-X or O-A, or a visa stamp issued for retirement purposes for long-term stay in Thailand
- Choose one of the following identification documents:
- Original nationality identity card
- Identification document issued by Thai government *
- Proof of Residence Address in Thailand **

If the client is unable to provide the document listed in item 3 above, the following supplementary documents may be provided:
- Identity verification documents provided via a SWIFT Authenticate within one month
- Identity verification documents provided via a Notary Public within one month
- Thailand Elite Card or Thailand Elite member certification (For Thailand Elite visa holder)
Remarks :
*Identification document issued by Thai government (e.g., Thai driver's license, house registration)
**Residence address must be a valid contactable address (e.g., Residential Lease Agreement, Land ownership certificate, House Registration). Hotel or a post office box addresses are not accepted as proof of residence.
*** The registered phone number must be registered under the same name as the customer.
